Unexpected Room Condition
The only thing we liked was the location , right in front of Imago Mall.
We didn't like that the room and furnishings were outdated. Our air-conditioning was probably in need of servicing, because it leaked and was dripping with water through the blower vents - throughout the whole time it was switched on , and what we did was just to collect the dripping water , with the dustbin available in the room , and empty it once it got almost full. That was such a nuisance ! I felt that it was over-priced due to the fact that the room and furnishings were outdated. I requested for an extra room key , but the Hotel would not allow it. Some of the drawers were not even working well. Overall , just a Fair stay.
